4. Participation Risks
Participation in housing programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: (a) Partial or total loss of contributed capital; (b) Delays in construction project execution; (c) Variations in periodic distributions; (d) Changes in the Ecuadorian real estate market conditions; (e) Regulatory changes that may affect the projects. The Company does not guarantee specific results or the preservation of invested capital.
5. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to: (a) Use the Site in a way that may damage, disable, or overload servers; (b) Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the Site; (c) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without prior written authorization from the Company; (d) Provide false or misleading information through the Site's forms.

The "Ecpropfondos" brand and associated logo are registered trademarks of the Company.

Submitting the form does not create any contractual relationship between you and the Company, nor does it constitute a commitment to participate in any program. The Company reserves the right not to respond to incomplete requests or those that do not meet program criteria.
